30 minuets ago, a twin-engine plane crashed one mile north of the local airport, which might have included the city manager, a city councilman, and the Acme construction company president as passengers, says the Acme Construction Company.
No condition reports are available, but a hospital spokesperson confirmed that six people from a plane crash were brought in.
The plane was approaching the airport for landing when it crashed into a dense growth of trees, according to airport manager Dave Christopher. The airport is located five miles north of the city.

Many elementary students won't go to school today. Marjorie Thomas, president of the Washington school PTA, says all the schools should close.
The National Weather service indicates that the official low temperature last night was 18 degrees below zero, which caused fewer than half the city's school buses to start this morning.
Lincoln Elementary will not open because its heating plant failed, but Washington Elementary will hold classes. Dr. Ken Gray, school superintendent , reports schools will open, but buses will run only on county routes to pick up students who live the farthest from schools. Kindergarten classes will not meet today.
Several parents decided to keep their children home even though their school was open.
